I am just back in the office today for a few days before our honeymoon and just wanted to say a massive Thanks for everything on Saturday.
The hall was stunning and the food was lovely. I had steak and it was cooked to perfection. We got lots of compliments on the food (even a few comments in the guest book complimenting the meal!) not just the meal also the scotch buffet at night which went down an absolute treat and also the day buffet.
You were very professional and your experience showed. I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for caterers.
We had a great day (except the last half hour where the caretaker finished us early and the bus went away without a crowd of us!) and this was a lot to do with you taking control in the reception.
