We hired Top Class as the caterers for our wedding at Duntreath Castle in Strathblane and they did an amazing job.

Firstly in terms of the planning they were so flexible and happy to make alterations to their packages to suit our needs. Whereas we found that with some of the other caterers we met were so rigid and wouldn’t accommodate any changes without charging a lot of money, Raymond was always willing to make the package work for us, which was a big thing for us.

We met Raymond on several occasions before the wedding itself and went through everything that was required for the day in detail. Raymond was all over the planning of what was needed and filled us with confidence from the off. He always responded to emails quickly and really put our minds at rest.

As our wedding was set in the grounds of a private castle there was no one person in charge and we were having to deal with a large number of different suppliers which was difficult at times. However, both Raymond and Stephen were more than prepared to be the point of contact on the day and liaised with all of our suppliers to ensure that everything arrived on time and was in the right place on the morning of the wedding.

In terms of the wedding itself, Stephen, Raymond and his staff really delivered an excellent service from the set up of the marquee, the canapés and drinks reception, the meal, the evening buffet and the bar service. The food was excellent, the portions were big and everyone was extremely well fed and watered. They dealt with any issues that arose on the day with minimal fuss, and that made it so much easier for us in being able to enjoy our day.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and if you are looking for caterers for either your wedding or a large event, you should definitely book Top Class!
